Are the products handmade?

Yes!  All of our products are made in-house in small batches to preserve integrity and quality.

When will I receive my order?

Because our products are hand-made we allow a processing window of 3-4 business days before shipping.

 

What happens if I ship my order to the wrong address?

If you realize you have entered the incorrect address on your order please contact us via email IMMEDIATELY. If the order has not been shipped we can update the address to ensure you receive your order. If the order has already been shipped and is returned to us, we can send an invoice to you for the cost of reshipping the item to the correct address. No refunds will be issued due to providing us with an incorrect address.
